Job Description
We are mass hiring Call Center Agents across our Metro Manila sites, offering an attractive salary of up to Php 28,00 monthly, plus a Php 30,00 sign-on bonus. No BPO experience is required!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively using available tools.
- Identify and report recurring issues to enhance customer experience.
