Job Description
Join Donata Victoria Marketing Inc as an HR Assistant! In this full-time role, you will support all HR-related inquiries, maintain employee records, manage employment contracts, and process exit clearances and final pay for separated employees. You’ll also handle incident reports, assist with performance management, coordinate training sessions, and contribute to recruitment efforts up to the management level.
Preferred qualifications include 1 year of HR experience and HRIS knowledge, with English proficiency being advantageous. This position requires an 8-hour shift, offering supplemental pay including a 13th month salary and overtime pay. Work location is in person.
