Job Description
Gastronova Hospitality Group is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Candidates must be willing to work in Makati and/or Pasay City and can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time; Schedule: 8-hour shift; Language: English (Preferred); Location: In person.
