Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Online Chat Shopping Assistant to join our team at SGS CAREERS- PH. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving queries using scripts and providing relevant information on our services.
Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, logging calls, and guiding junior team members. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of Php18,00.00 – Php26,00.00, including flexible scheduling, health insurance, paid training, and promotion opportunities.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
