Job Description
CXC Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Specialist to join our team. You will maintain clean, accurate, and reliable customer account data, enhancing our data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merge, delete, and clean account data using CRM tools.
- Upload validated data using Salesforce Data Loader.
- Collaborate on project status and data health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years in sales operations or data stewardship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (6 months)
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00/month
