Job Description
CITICON Ready Mix and Construction, Incorporated is seeking a Plant Supervisor with extensive experience in plant operations focused on quality and service excellence. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in ready-mix concrete batching plant operations, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
Qualifications: Strong leadership and decision-making skills, knowledge of batching operations and safety protocols, and a degree in Engineering (preferably Civil) are essential. Flexibility to work in Laguna, Batangas, or Cavite is required.
Compensation: Full-time position with a salary of Php 35,00.00 to Php 40,00.00 per month and benefits.
