Job Description
The Philippine Jockey Club Inc. is seeking an OTB (Off-Track Betting) Teller to join our team. As a frontline service professional, you will assist customers in placing wagers on horse races using computerized betting terminals, issuing betting tickets, and managing cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers.
- Operate betting terminals.
- Process payouts and manage cash drawers.
- Provide race-related information.
- Resolve customer inquiries.
Qualifications: High school diploma, customer service experience preferred, basic math skills, and strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresh Graduate
Pay: Php645.00 – Php700.00 per day
