Job Description
Join the Royal Caribbean Group as an Employee Relations Analyst based in Manila. The Employee Relations team acts as a bridge between Human Resources and Legal, supporting the management of shipboard and shoreside employee concerns submitted through the Aware Hotline. Responsibilities include assisting with monitoring HR-related reports, gathering information, and participating in investigations. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have relevant experience in Human Resources, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
