Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team. In this role, you will conduct regular inspections of building equipment and facilities, ensuring everything operates efficiently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, overseeing air conditioning systems, and performing preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
We seek candidates with a high school diploma and 1-4 years of maintenance experience. Skills in welding and carpentry will be advantageous. Knowledge of generator operation and fire safety systems is essential. Applicants must be willing to work in General Trias, Cavite.
