Job Description
INOVUS BUILDING SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable professional to join our team. In this role, you will process due invoices for payments, verify vendor information, and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices. Daily tasks include monitoring and updating payment statuses, maintaining supplier records, preparing aging reports, and ensuring timely payments to avoid operational delays.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Pay raise, transportation service provided.
Schedule: 8-hour shift. Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, overtime pay.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred); Experience: 1 year in accounting (Preferred).
Location: Biñan City 4024 04A, in-person work.
