Job Description
Accenture is seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Ops Team Lead to oversee our Provisioning Coordinators. This hybrid role requires strong leadership skills to implement and improve team processes, manage service escalations, and collaborate on quarterly capacity planning.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of combined Project Management and Network experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. We welcome applications from both college graduates and undergraduates with relevant operations experience.
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation | Project Rest Day: Rotation | Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2.
