Job Description
Big Apple Packaging Inc. is seeking a qualified Office Staff to join our team. The responsibilities include:
- Accreditation for every customer
- Encoding sales and purchases for VAT Relief
- Checking suppliers, agents, and other parties
- Preparation of application agreements
- Preparing and sending necessary documents
- Double-checking incoming deliveries from suppliers
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Ability to navigate emails
- Proficient in reading and writing English
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Additional leave, company events, paid training, and promotion to permanent employee.
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, overtime pay, and quarterly bonuses.
