Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is seeking to hire a Chat Associate to join our dynamic team. We offer an industry-leading benefits package including a competitive salary, 13th month pay, and HMO coverage for three beneficiaries from Day One.
Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence, providing information and assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have completed college (no experience required) or be high school graduates with BPO experience. Excellent English communication skills are essential. Onsite work is required, and candidates must reside within 25km to 35km from our office.
