Job Description
The Role: As a Benefits Data Analyst at WTW, you will immerse yourself in the HR and benefits landscape of assigned countries. Your responsibilities include processing client submissions, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining the quality of survey questionnaires. Collaboration with team members is essential to guarantee timely and high-quality work.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or business is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail are required. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work under tight deadlines. Experience in benefits or insurance is a plus, with a requirement for proficiency in English.
