Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven HR Generalist to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, and have strong computer skills.
Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment, timekeeping, compensation, benefits administration, and performance management within your assigned department. You will also prepare HR reports, maintain employee files, and assist in disciplinary cases.
This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive benefits, including additional leave and a pay raise.
