Job Description
Join Archon Philippines as an HR Associate focusing on Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment, collaborate on manpower planning, and support employer branding initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include developing HR policies, contributing to organizational development, and fostering positive employee relations. We seek candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Familiarity with labor regulations and HRIS/ATS platforms is a plus.
