Job Description
Royce Hotel and Casino is looking for a dedicated Guest Relation Associate who will attend to our guests courteously, addressing their requests and queries promptly. Ideal candidates will possess detailed knowledge about our hotel and the surrounding city, ensuring VIP guests receive exceptional service.
Duties include handling guest complaints efficiently, overseeing VIP arrivals and departures, completing pre-registration formalities, and collecting guest feedback.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field, with preferred experience in the hospitality industry.
