Job Description
Flatworld Solutions (Philippines), Inc. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, promptly addressing inquiries with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely responses to customer tickets.
- Provide accurate solutions to customer issues.
- Proofread responses for clarity and grammatical accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
