Job Description
CITICIRCLE GROUP INC. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff member to manage grounds duties, ensuring the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, and walkways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn care: Mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Plant maintenance: Planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Tree care: Trimming branches and monitoring for pests.
- Pathway maintenance: Repairing cracks and removing debris.
- Irrigation management: Checking sprinkler systems for leaks.
- Pest control: Applying pesticides as necessary.
- Operating power equipment.
- Reporting safety concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php525.00 – Php600.00 per day
Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance.
License/Certification: Required Electrician Certificate.
