Job Description
Inland Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service to our clients—ADI PH. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with billing and technical support for the PHL team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in coordinating with internal and external contacts.
- Implement continuous improvements in the customer service process.
Qualifications:
- College graduate in any 4-year Business Course.
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Officer preferred.
Location: Sandoval Street, Gateway Business Park, Gen Trias, Cavite.
