Job Description
JHRC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact between our purchasing team, vendors, and the logistics department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional support to customer inquiries.
- Assistance via chat during the customer purchase journey.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials.
- Process and manage incoming orders accurately.
- Address customer concerns efficiently.
Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in customer service, strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and basic computer proficiency.
