About the Role:
Sparkles PH Ventures Corporation is seeking an organized and reliable Admin Assistant to support our B2B e-commerce team. This role focuses on managing wholesale accounts and partner operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in onboarding new B2B clients
– Coordinate price lists and order sheets
– Monitor order statuses and delivery schedules
– Support account managers and resolve client inquiries.
Qualifications:
– Entry-level; fresh grads welcome
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficient in Google Workspace.
