Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience or 6 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
