Job Description
Alterations Plus is seeking a reliable and organized HR & Administrative Supervisor to manage daily human resources and administrative operations. This role includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and compliance while ensuring smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes and monitor employee attendance.
- Support HR policy compliance and coordinate new hire onboarding.
- Manage office operations and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in planning company events.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2-3 years of supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
