Job Description
ARC PH BPO is seeking a dedicated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for developing the Acturis application and implementing insurance products. Key tasks include configuring products, creating PL/SQL packages, maintaining XML/XSLT document templates, and analyzing client requirements. Strong communication with developers, testers, project managers, and clients is essential.
Required skills: B2 English proficiency, higher education, strong organizational abilities, and experience with Jira, PL/SQL, XML/XSLT, and Git.
