Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join Primus@Knowledge Specialists, Inc.. The successful candidate will conduct root cause analysis, manage customer issues, and collaborate with various teams for timely resolutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 2+ years in customer support, experience with local accounts, and a background in Logistics or Manufacturing. Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft O365 is required.
This is a fixed-term position in Carmona, Cavite, with a salary of Php26,00.00 – Php28,00.00 monthly for a 6-month contract.
