Job Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operations and procedures.
• Escalate priority problems per client standards.
• Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• No BPO experience required.
• High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
