Job Description
Delimondo Food Specialties Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Supervisor to assist in various HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process, support training sessions, develop employee performance programs, and conduct performance appraisals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Behavioral Science (e.g., Psychology)
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Location: Brgy. Halayhay, Tanza, Cavite
Employment Type: Full-time | 8-hour shift
Ability to commute or relocate to Cavite is preferred.
