Job Description
Sta. Rosa Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a Customer Relation Staff to engage with patients, families, and other stakeholders to foster trust in our services. The ideal candidate will advocate for patients, manage complaints, and represent the hospital on patient care matters.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Excellent communication skills
- At least six months of related work experience
- Available to start immediately
