Job Description
Join ORBIT SOUTH PH as a Chat Support Representative for our hotel booking services. This non-voice role is ideal for those who excel in behind-the-scenes communication via chat or email. No experience is required—only a strong grasp of written English, good typing speed, and a readiness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat/email
- Provide accurate product information
- Assist with requests and account updates
- Document interactions in the system
We offer a full-time position with a monthly salary of Php 18,00 – Php 27,00 and various employee benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
