Job Description
Join Teleservices Jobs Pro as a Chat Support Agent! You will engage with customers through various channels, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism.
What You Will Do:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Efficiently resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Need:
- Good communication skills; fluency in English preferred.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
- Filipino citizen or relevant residence status.
- Diploma is required.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php24,892.00/month
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, weekdays only.
