Key Responsibilities:
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
- Deflect and escalate priority issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through one-call resolutions.
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
Qualifications:
- BPO experience is a plus but not required.
- At least a High School or ALS graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
