Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Customer Support Representative. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php22,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 13th Month Pay, HMO with 3 beneficiaries from Day One, and additional leave.
Your role will involve assisting clients through phone calls and various communication channels. We welcome fresh graduates and high school/Senior High School graduates with BPO experience. Excellent English communication skills are essential. Candidates must be able to work onsite and reside within 25km to 35km of our location.
