Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Staff to support our Administrative and Human Resources functions. This position is critical to ensuring that our department aligns with the company’s goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Office Management: Organizing office operations and managing supplies.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Scheduling: Managing calendars and organizing meetings.
• Communication: Acting as a liaison and handling communications.
• Leadership Support: Providing assistance to executives and special projects.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php645.00 per day

Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee, 13th month salary, and overtime pay.

Work Location: In person | Schedule: 8-hour shift.
