Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job: The Accounting Associate will maintain proper records of all financial transactions, ensure the accuracy of financial records for the company, communicate financial operations with TRS, and validate parking transaction records.
Duties & Responsibilities: This role involves recording and bookkeeping of all financial transactions in the NetSuite Accounting System, preparing dunning letters for tenants with overdue accounts, overseeing daily deposits, and assisting auditors during audits.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field, have at least two years of experience, and be proficient in Finance and Tax laws as well as in MS Office Suite and Google apps.
