Job Description
Manila HiresPH is looking for experienced Online Assistants to support our Hotel Reservation team. In this role, you will assist customers via chat and email with their hotel bookings and inquiries. If you have at least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience and are a high school graduate, apply now! Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with hotel reservation inquiries.
- Provide accurate room availability and pricing.
