Job Description
Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
In this role, you will champion a customer-focused attitude, addressing customer inquiries promptly through walk-ins, calls, SMS, and emails. Key responsibilities include handling loan inquiries, processing requests, and resolving complaints while achieving departmental KPIs.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour shift schedule. Additional benefits include a 13th-month salary, bonuses, and performance incentives.
