Job Description
- Request and compare supplier quotations
- Prepare and send Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with warehouse
- Handle import process and related documents
- Monitor shipments and ensure smooth customs clearance
- Manage office supplies and basic maintenance (e.g., AC, electricity, repairs)
- Support company vehicles, equipment, and vendor services (cleaning, security, pantry)
- Take care of utility bills, rentals, and related documents
- Minimum Qualifications: Should have 1-2 years purchasing experience
- Have experience in ERP
- Good communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Have a good experience of being a good team player
- Good time management
- Have good knowledge related to export-import industry
