• Monitoring of Manpower Requisition
• Interview Techniques and Test Administration
• Preparation of Various Manpower Report
• Maintenance of 201 files (Staff) Awareness on Human Resources System
• Conduct Newly Hired Orientation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology or any business related course.
• Willing to be train in all areas of HR functions.
• Can deal with different kinds of people at all level in the organization.
• Above-average in oral communication and writing psychological assessment
• Computer Literate
• With Pleasing Personality
