Job Description
Joy Visa Consultancy Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to support our Airbnb units. Key duties include assisting in furnishing units, managing bookings, and handling inquiries during designated hours. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: strong complaint handling skills, customer orientation, and adaptability to diverse personalities. Candidates must be willing to work in Aseana, Parañaque, and be available to start immediately.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php 18,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 plus commissions and performance bonuses.
