Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Specialists for our Healthcare Account at Teleservices – Ortigas. This is an excellent opportunity for college graduates or undergraduates (with at least 2 years completed) who possess 6 months of BPO or customer service experience. Strong English communication and customer service skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with healthcare inquiries regarding plan coverage and claims.
- Handle communication through calls, email, or chat.
- Document interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Achieve performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service.
