Job Description
ORBIT SOUTH PH is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. This role is perfect for college graduates or undergraduates (with at least 2 years completed) who have 6 months of BPO or customer service experience. Strong English communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support for healthcare inquiries, communicate with clients via calls, email, or chat, and document interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
