Job Description
Join our team at Teleservices – Ortigas as an Email and Chat Support Specialist! We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. This position is ideal for college graduates (with or without experience) or undergraduates with at least 2 years completed and 6 months in BPO or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with healthcare inquiries.
- Handle communication via calls, email, or chat.
- Document interactions accurately.

- Strong English communication skills.
