Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Kenny Rogers Roasters. The ideal candidate should hold a BS in HRM or a related field, with 2 to 3 years of solid food and beverage managerial experience. Strong customer service, people management, and communication skills are essential.
Your responsibilities include overseeing restaurant operations and managing a team. Knowledge of Profit and Loss reporting is a plus.
