Job Description
We are mass hiring Call Center Agents for our Metro Manila sites! Earn up to 28K monthly with an exciting 30K sign-on bonus. This opportunity is open to applicants with NO BPO EXPERIENCE!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls regarding ticket inquiries, reservations, and cancellations.
- Guide customers through the online ticketing system and troubleshoot technical issues.
