Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced OTC Process Transformation Manager to enhance our Order to Cash processes.
In this role, you will drive process excellence, collaborate cross-functionally, and support major ERP initiatives like SAP S/4HANA. Responsibilities include designing future-state processes, maintaining documentation, and facilitating workshops for global process understanding.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, along with solid experience in OTC process improvement and project management. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
