Job Description
Position Overview: Hexa Property Management, Inc. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Sales Representative. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and sales experience, being proficient in both English and Spanish. Collaborate closely with the prospect team to promote our services and generate new leads.
Compensation: Base salary from USD 300 to 350 plus commission. Total expected monthly compensation is USD 550, potentially increasing to USD 700 post-probation based on performance.
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 9:30AM – 5:00PM and Saturday: 9:30AM – 3:00PM (Chicago Time).
Responsibilities: Handle calls, schedule tours, and assist with rental applications. 1 year of sales experience and excellent bilingual communication skills required.
