Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented INR Collections Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable for INR (International Normalized Ratio) services.
Your primary duties will include contacting clients regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential as you will be the face of our collection efforts.
