Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 17 support-level associates in driving operational excellence across our sales processes. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating and enhancing sales programs, managing automation tools, and ensuring accurate performance reporting.
Key qualifications include around 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. A strong understanding of sales processes and tools is essential. A high school diploma is required; a four-year degree is preferred.
