Job Description
Med-Metrix is seeking a dedicated Workforce Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Workforce Director and manage attendance policy adherence, including absenteeism reports and real-time efficiency monitoring. Your responsibilities will include providing schedule adjustments, reviewing weekly and monthly volume trends, and disseminating workload projections.
You will act as a liaison between operations and support teams, ensure effective communication, and maintain daily reports and trackers. You should possess strong leadership skills, logical thinking, and expertise in Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling, and Real-Time Management, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
